Gift Express is a fast-growing fragrance company and retailer behind multiple brands, including Ahuja Fragrances, Paris Corner, and Al Absar, and partnerships with leading fragrance brands. We're looking for a creative, organized, and social media-savvy individual to help grow our brands across multiple platforms. If you're passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and creating engaging content, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll play a key role in building and growing our online presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more Oversee several brand accounts while maintaining each brand's unique identity and voice Develop creative content ideas and social media campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness Research current social media trends and identify opportunities for viral or high-performing content Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and brand partnerships Conduct influencer outreach, negotiate partnerships, and maintain relationships with creators Help plan product launches, promotions, giveaways, and marketing campaigns Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations based on analytics Work closely with our marketing team to promote new products and strengthen brand awareness Assist during live events, product launches, and content creation days as needed Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming new content ideas Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Bonus Qualifications While not required, these skills are a major plus: Experience using DSLR, mirrorless, or professional cameras Photo and video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar software Experience filming TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience working with influencers or affiliate marketing programs What We Offer Opportunity to work with fast-growing fragrance brands Creative and collaborative work environment Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and brand development Room for growth within the company Employee discounts on products If you're excited about social media, love staying on top of trends, and want to help build brands with millions of potential customers, we'd love to hear from you.
