E-Commerce | Designer Fragrances | Beauty & Personal Care Position Overview We are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Social Media Content & Growth Specialist to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating short-form content, understands current social-media trends, and knows how to use AI and content-creation tools to work efficiently and produce engaging content. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and post Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts, photos, and promotional content. Film products, new arrivals, behind-the-scenes footage, promotions, and live-selling content. Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule across platforms. Create engaging hooks, captions, scripts, and calls-to-action. Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and routine customer inquiries. Research trends, competitors, viral content, and new content opportunities. Develop and test ideas to increase followers, engagement, traffic, and brand awareness. Promote products and live-selling events through social media. Monitor analytics and provide a brief weekly summary of content performance and opportunities for improvement. Required AI & Content-Creation Skills Candidates should be comfortable using: ChatGPT — content ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, research, content calendars, and brainstorming.

AI — social posts, Stories, Reel covers, promotional graphics, and other branded content. CapCut — short-form video editing, captions, effects, transitions, and AI-assisted video creation. Preferred AI & Social-Media Tools Experience with the following is a plus but not required. The right candidate should be willing and able to learn and implement these tools: Metricool — social-media scheduling, publishing, analytics, and reporting. Manychat — Instagram/Facebook DM and comment automation. Poppy AI — competitor research, content research, and content ideation. Other emerging AI video, image, content, and social-media tools that can improve the quality and efficiency of content production. Ideal Candidate Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video. Comfortable filming and editing content. Creative and able to recognize social-media trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable engaging with customers through comments and DMs. Organized, dependable, and capable of working independently. Comfortable experimenting with and learning new AI technology. Interest in fragrance, beauty, fashion, e-commerce, or live selling is a plus. Previous professional social-media experience is preferred, but demonstrated content-creation ability and creativity are more important than years of experience. Application Requirement Applicants should submit 3-5 examples of Reels, TikToks, social-media posts, or other digital content they have personally created or managed. The goal of this position is to ultimately take ownership of the company's day-to-day social-media presence and use content, AI, analytics, and customer engagement to grow our audience and strengthen the Life Luxury brand.
