We are looking for a recent marketing graduate with excellent writing skills, creativity and strong attention to detail to join our team as a part-time Junior Social Media Associate. Professional marketing experience is not required. We are prepared to train the right person who demonstrates strong writing ability, sound judgment and a genuine interest in building a career in marketing. About the Role In this entry-level position, you will help create and manage social media content for multiple clients. You will work closely with our marketing team to learn how to adapt content to different industries, audiences, platforms and brand voices. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on agency experience and build skills in content development, social media strategy, community engagement, graphic creation and paid advertising. Responsibilities Research topics and develop original social media content based on each client's industry, audience and marketing objectives Write clear, engaging and accurate captions for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms Adapt your writing style to reflect different client voices and audiences Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop social media campaigns Create clean, professional social media graphics using Canva Review content carefully for grammar, spelling, accuracy and consistency Help monitor comments and messages and prepare appropriate responses Research social media trends, platform updates and timely content opportunities Assist with scheduling and organizing approved social media content Learn to set up, monitor and evaluate paid social media campaigns under the guidance of the marketing team Manage multiple client assignments while meeting established deadlines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Associates Degree in Marketing Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading and research skills Ability to communicate ideas clearly and adjust writing for different audiences Strong attention to detail Genuine interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing Familiarity with major social media platforms Basic experience using Canva, whether through coursework, personal projects, internships or student organizations Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to accept feedback and apply revisions Collaborative, dependable and eager to learn Experience Previous professional marketing or agency experience is not required. Relevant coursework, internships, campus organizations, personal projects, freelance work or management of a social media account are welcome but not necessary.
