Fashion Associate & Social Media Specialist Clothes Mentor | Women's Fashion Resale Every job should come with great clothes! At Clothes Mentor, we buy and sell gently worn, in-style women's clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. We're a locally owned resale business that helps women find great fashion at prices they love. We're looking for a motivated team member who enjoys fashion, connects with customers, and wants the opportunity to grow into a leadership role. This is more than a sales job. You'll learn the ins and outs of resale fashion, help create an exciting shopping experience, and use social media to bring more customers through our doors. What You'll Do Buy fashion: Evaluate women's clothing and accessories for style, quality, and current trends.

Create great displays:

Keep the sales floor organized, attractive, and ready for customers.

Make social media work:

Create engaging, FREE social media content, post consistently, and help increase store awareness and sales.

Go LIVE:

Get comfortable showcasing new arrivals, styling outfits, and connecting with customers through live social media videos.

Manage online orders:

Photograph and upload merchandise to our Shopify shopping site, pull sold items, and carefully pack orders.

Help customers:

Deliver friendly service and help shoppers find pieces they'll love.

Take ownership:

Keep the store running smoothly, complete daily tasks, and help the team meet its goals. A Leadership Opportunity We're looking for someone who can quickly grow into a Keyholder position , with the responsibility of opening or closing the store. That means we need someone dependable, mature, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility without needing constant direction. Great Fit If You:

Love women's fashion and keep up with current styles and trends. Understand social media and know that posting consistently takes effort, creativity, and a plan. Are comfortable appearing on camera and going LIVE, or are excited to learn. Are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing a job well. Can work independently, manage your time, and follow through on assignments. Are comfortable using computers and learning Shopify and other store systems. Can work evenings and weekends and have the flexibility to open or close the store. Enjoy working with a team but don't need someone standing over your shoulder to keep you productive. Retail or social media experience is a plus, but the right attitude, reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn matter most. What We Offer Employee discounts on great fashion.
