Creative Marketing & Social Media Specialist Part-Time | Columbus, OH | | Approximately 32 hours/month Are you creative, social media savvy, and full of ideas? We want to meet you! Paramount Industrial Services is a growing commercial and industrial services company with an expanding national franchise network. We're looking for a creative, motivated, and energetic junior-level marketing professional to help us take our brand to the next level! We're not looking for someone to sit around making spreadsheets all day. We want someone who loves creating content, has an eye for design, understands social media, and isn't afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Get Creative! Turn our before-and-after project photos into eye-catching social media content. Design graphics, flyers, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools. Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and project highlights. Own Our Social Media Create, schedule, and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Write creative, professional captions that get attention. Help grow our audience, engagement, and brand awareness. Develop a monthly social media content calendar. Put AI to Work Use ChatGPT and other AI marketing tools to create content and streamline tasks. Explore new technology and creative ways to improve our marketing. Help automate and simplify our social media efforts. Help Build a Growing Brand Assist with marketing campaigns for our expanding franchise network. Create content showcasing our projects, customers, and franchisees. Bring new ideas to help us stand out from the competition.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

College student, recent graduate, or junior-level marketing professional. Creative thinker with a strong eye for design. Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT, and social media platforms. Familiar with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Self-motivated, organized, and dependable. Someone who takes initiative and brings ideas instead of waiting to be told what to do. Photography and video editing experience is a plus!

Location:

Columbus / Hilliard, Ohio area

Compensation:

$18-$22 per hour

Schedule:

2 days per week, 4 hours per day Approximately 32 hours per month (four-week schedule) Part-time independent contractor opportunity (1099 classification, subject to applicable requirements)
