Social Media Coordinator & Content CreatorJob Overview Josh Staley Productions is seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join our team. This role combines hands-on content creation at weddings and events with managing our social media presence across multiple accounts, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. You will capture the energy of our events and turn it into engaging, polished content that showcases our services, team, and client experience. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. Evening and weekend availability is required to attend weddings and events. Responsibilities Attend some weddings and events to capture high-quality photos and videos, including behind-the-scenes footage, event highlights, and dance floor moments. Upload, organize, and edit content for publication across our social media accounts. Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, stories, photos, and graphics tailored to each platform. Write compelling captions and plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining consistent branding and messaging. Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging features to identify new content opportunities. Track performance and use social media analytics to improve content strategy and audience engagement. Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. Collaborate with our team to align content with company goals, upcoming events, and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management and content creation, particularly for Instagram and TikTok. Strong photography, videography, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools. Strong written communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to interpret social media analytics and apply insights to future content. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects. Self-motivated and comfortable managing content independently from capture through publication. Availability to attend evening and weekend events. Experience in weddings, entertainment, or live events is a plus.

Pay:

$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
