This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established e-commerce company as a key member of a dynamic, 9-person marketing team. On our path of growth and success, you will play a pivotal role in building an outdoor-focused retail brand and transforming a niche retailer into an outdoor industry powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Designs and executes social marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote Pyramyd Air and its sister brands. Execute a results-driven social media strategy for multiple brands Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Attend events and produce live social media content. Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar. Monitor social media channels for industry trends. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. Review analytics and create reports on key metrics. Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

Must have min of 1 yr experience leading Social Media Activities Must have a passion for Airguns and/or Crossbows. This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in the office.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) with a focus in graphics, interactive or web design with one to two years related experience or relevant training. Additional experience in the following is a plus: (a) experience in a sporting, outdoors, or shooting industry, (b) mobile design experience, (c) knowledge of basic photography and/or videography principles, and/or (d) eCommerce experience relating to a specific consumer demographic.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Cloud to produce, edit, and optimize engaging short form video content tailored for platforms like Meta and YouTube. An understanding of or ability to generate HTML, CSS and responsive web design code is a plus.
