Duties Assist in creating compelling social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using media editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor social media channels through social listening techniques to gauge audience sentiment and identify trending topics. Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies, including Facebook Advertising initiatives. Track and analyze social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to measure content performance and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team on branding efforts, including photography, video editing, proofreading, and graphic design for multimedia content. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster positive relationships and enhance community interaction. Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve online visibility. Assist in reporting on digital marketing performance metrics related to social media campaigns and overall media performance analytics. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation and engagement. Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly desirable. Familiarity with media editing tools for video editing and photography enhancement. Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics. Proficiency in social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for managing multiple channels efficiently. Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing accuracy. Ability to analyze data from social media metrics to inform future strategies effectively.
