We're looking for a creative, motivated college student who wants hands-on experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, photography, and videography while building their professional portfolio. This is an unpaid educational internship designed to provide mentorship, real-world experience, and portfolio-building opportunities. Students seeking academic credit are encouraged to apply. Little Baby Photo Company will work with your college or university to complete reasonable internship documentation and evaluations when required. Academic credit is determined by your school. What You'll Learn This internship is designed to give you practical experience in areas including: Social media strategy Instagram & Facebook content creation Content calendars and campaign planning Instagram Reels and short-form video Canva and branded graphic design Caption and marketing copywriting Small-business marketing Brand development and visual storytelling Social-media analytics Photography basics Behind-the-scenes content creation Basic videography for social media Building content for a professional portfolio No professional photography experience is required! + Videography Opportunities Interested in learning more than social media? Interns will also have the option to attend select Little Baby Photo Company photography sessions and gain hands-on creative experience. Depending on your interests and the session, you may have opportunities to: Learn photography basics directly from a professional photographer Learn basic camera settings, exposure, lighting, and composition Observe real photography sessions Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos Practice creating vertical video for Instagram Reels Learn visual storytelling Practice photography during approved sessions Create approved creative work that may be used for portfolio development You do not need to own a professional camera. A camera can be provided for approved internship activities. Participation in photography sessions is optional and subject to scheduling, client permission, and internship learning objectives. + Flexible Schedule This is a hybrid internship with remote flexibility. Much of the internship can be completed remotely, including content planning, graphic design, caption writing, marketing research, campaign development, social-media planning, and other creative projects. Optional in-person photography and content-creation opportunities will primarily take place in the Washington, PA area. We understand that you're a student first. Scheduling will be flexible around classes, exams, school breaks, and other academic responsibilities.

Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, Adobe products, photography, or video editing is helpful, but not required.
