Job Description
This internship runs from May 2027
•August 2027!
Intern duties include:
Photography/Videography:
Being Team Photographer/Videographer for all home games Editing all photos using Photoshop or Lightroom Editing all videos using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Sorting & naming all photos/videos Putting all photos/videos into 2 drop boxes & labeling every photo/video: Flamingos Dropbox CPL Drive Taking headshots for the CPL drive & Flamingos Drive Players come and go so frequently we have to stay up to date CPL headshots need to be put in the drive by 1pm the day they are playing
Example:
A new player comes to the field at 12:30pm to get a headshot
•it NEEDS to be in the CPL Drive, labeled with name & number, by 1pm that same day in order to play the game that night Take media day videos for the videoboard
Social Media:
Creating all graphics for all social media: Game Day, Final score, starting line up, Food Specials, tickets, sell outs, theme nights, merch of the week, rain outs, home schedules, jersey auctions, photo dumps, MLB Draft
•former mingos getting drafted, yearly baseball camp, Almost Gameday, Drone shows, fireworks, This week in Flock town, outside events, holidays, Signed Graphics in the off season, Host Family applications, National Anthem sign ups, first responder sign ups, Sponsor spotlights, Internships, etc. Staying on top of trends/watching the algorithms, new merch dropped, game day staff, etc. Creating all video content for social media: Sponsor Videos Question of the Day Staying on top of trends Filming the broadcast weekly series Recaps of busy theme nights, the season, etc Mic'd up Clips of good plays on the broadcast Players leaving for away games Players intros & intern intros Off season videos
