About Us :

Master Kang's Martial Arts is a premier martial arts academy dedicated to fostering discipline, confidence, and excellence in our students. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as Front Desk Staff to support our mission and ensure the best experience for students and parents. At this time, we are not offering any summer internship opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Welcome students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding programs, pricing, and new student enrollments. Deliver exceptional customer service to both current and prospective students. Assist with student enrollments and process payments through the school's CRM system. Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Track and manage leads generated from the website and Google. Proactively reach out to new prospects, providing detailed information about our school and programs. Schedule trial classes for potential new students. Post regular updates and event information for parents on social media platforms. Send timely reminders about belt testing, school events, and holiday schedules. Capture photos during class sessions and share engaging content on social media channels. Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as belt testing, birthday parties, parent's date nights, and tournaments.

Qualifications :

A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of martial arts is a plus but not required. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Proficient with basic computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM software). Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for Facebook and Instagram. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous. An interest in martial arts or fitness is a bonus! A willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks on the go. Willing to travel between 2 locations ( Plano & Allen)
