Along with our social media content you will also answer the phones, direct phones call, greet customers, take payments, and other front-desk duties. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and media editing software. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics. Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement. Maintain strong relationship management with followers, influencers, and partners to foster community growth. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing performance monitoring, social media platforms, and media editing tools. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the right person. Greeting customers and taking payments though our software system. Skills Proven experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other media editing tools. Knowledge of social listening techniques and tools for market research and audience engagement analysis. Expertise in digital marketing analytics including Google Analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics. Skilled in social media content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer interaction. Ability to craft compelling copywriting for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice consistency. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics for performance optimization. Excellent proofreading skills ensuring high-quality content output. Outlook, Excel & Word.
