The Model:

Our top producers run two pipelines:

Inbound:

Live buyer calls from Zillow, ISA, and lender transfers

Outbound:

What You'll Do:

Take inbound buyer calls Make outbound follow-up calls Book appointments and write offers Track activity in Follow Up Boss Attend regular training and coaching Vreeland LaunchPad™ All new agents enter LaunchPad , our fast-track production program. You'll be paired with a top-producing mentor to: Co-pilot your first company deals Guide offers, negotiations, and closings Help you ramp quickly and confidently

Compensation:

As high as 50% commission paid on company-provided buyer leads 90% on all self-generated business
