K2 Omni Group

Real Estate Coach and Accountability Manager

Job Description

Real Estate Coach and Accountability Manager K2 Omni Group | eXp Realty — Tampa, FL About Us K2 Omni Group is a fast-growing real estate team operating under eXp Realty, with teams across Albuquerque, Dallas-Fort Worth, Boston, Orlando, Miami and Tampa Bay. We're building a culture of accountability, skill development, and production — and we need a hands-on coach to make sure every agent who joins us actually ramps up, hits the phones, and closes. The Role We're hiring a Real Estate Coach and Accountability Manager to own the full coaching lifecycle for our agents — from the moment they onboard through their ongoing production. This is not an admin or HR role.
This is a floor coach:
you're in the trenches with agents, running scripting drills, reviewing pipelines, and holding people accountable to the numbers. What You'll Do
  • Lead structured onboarding coaching for every new agent joining the team, getting them production-ready fast
  • Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching to agents at all experience levels, as needed — not on a fixed schedule, but responsive to who needs it and when
  • Plan and run weekly scripting classes and role-play sessions to sharpen objection handling, lead conversion, and listing/buyer presentations
  • Run regular pipeline reviews with agents to track leads, active deals, and follow-up discipline
  • Own overall agent accountability — tracking activity metrics (calls, appointments, contracts) and following up when agents fall behind
  • Identify underperforming agents early and manage them through a structured improvement plan
  • Track and report on agent performance trends to team leadership
  • Reinforce team standards, culture, and daily activity expectations (including daily accountability check-ins / "war room" style huddles)
  • Collaborate with leadership on agent tier placement, recognition, and growth planning What You Bring
  • Real estate license preferred (active or willing to obtain); brokerage or team leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience coaching, training, or managing salespeople — real estate, mortgage, insurance, or other high-activity sales environments all count
  • Comfortable running live scripting/role-play sessions in front of a group
  • Strong grasp of real estate sales pipelines and lead conversion metrics
  • Direct, no-nonsense communication style — you can hold people accountable without being harsh
  • Highly organized; able to track multiple agents' activity and follow up consistently
  • Self-starter who thrives on ownership rather than needing constant direction Nice to Have
  • Experience with CRM/pipeline tools (Follow Up Boss, Sisu, etc.)
  • Background in sales training curriculum design
  • Prior production experience as a real estate agent Compensation & Structure Base salary of $60,000
  • 70,000, plus a production override once team production exceeds threshold.
Schedule Full-time. In-office/in-team presence required for scripting classes and coaching sessions; flexibility for one-on-ones as needed.
