KW Paint Creek is hiring Relocation Specialists to assist families and individuals moving to or from Michigan due to corporate transfers, military assignments, or lifestyle changes. This role is ideal for agents who excel in making transitions smooth and stress-free, offering expert guidance in the local real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Partner with corporate relocation programs and military organizations to ensure seamless transitions Provide expert knowledge on schools, neighborhoods, and housing options in the Paint Creek and surrounding areas Coordinate logistics, timelines, and housing options to facilitate smooth relocations Assist buyers and renters with property tours, offers, and contracts Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments and relocation partners Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout the relocation process
