Operation:

Overrun, our immersive Halloween experience. We're looking for energetic, reliable people to become part of the experience as seasonal haunt operators. You'll work inside our tactical facility to create suspense, scares, and unpredictable interactions as guests move through the operation. This isn't a traditional haunted house where you stand in one spot and yell "boo." Our haunt is built around an immersive tactical environment, and our actors are part of the mission. Acting or haunt experience is welcome, but absolutely not required. We care more about reliability, personality, taking direction, and your willingness to commit to the role. What You'll Do Perform as a character within an immersive haunted tactical environment Interact with guests and react dynamically as they move through the facility Learn assigned characters, positions, cues, and scare elements Work with other haunt operators and Echo Sierra Tactical staff to execute each run Reset rooms and assigned areas between groups Follow established safety procedures and staff direction Participate in rehearsals and training before opening Stay in character and bring consistent energy throughout the shift Help create social media content and behind-the-scenes footage when appropriate Schedule & Availability This is a short-term seasonal position running from late September through October 31. Applicants must be available every Friday and Saturday evening in October, plus the final two Thursday evenings of October. Late-September training and rehearsal dates will also be scheduled before opening. What We're Looking For You do not need tactical, military, law-enforcement, acting, or haunted-attraction experience.

You should be:

At least 16 years old Dependable and able to commit to the required October schedule Comfortable interacting with strangers Able to take direction and work as part of a team Willing to get into character and commit to the experience Comfortable working in dark, loud, fast-moving environments Able to remain on your feet and move throughout your shift Ready to have a little fun making complete strangers question their decision to enter the building A Little More About the Job Echo Sierra Tactical creates immersive tactical experiences where participants work through realistic environments, evolving objectives, and live Opposition Forces, or OpFor. Members of our haunt team may also have opportunities to appear in Echo Sierra Tactical social media content throughout the season as we promote

Overrun and share behind-the-scenes content. Strong seasonal performers may also be considered for ongoing, non-seasonal OpFor positions with Echo Sierra Tactical after Halloween based on performance, reliability, availability, and business needs.
