Job Description
Physique Fitness is looking for a Cycle Instructor who doesn't just teach a class — you create an experience.
You know the feeling:
lights low, music high, energy locked in. The room moves with you. Riders leave sweaty, empowered, and already thinking about the next class. That's the coach we're looking for. If you can command a room, build a vibe, and turn a bike ride into a full-body, mind-shifting experience — we want you on our podium. This is not a "press play and count down" role. This is about presence, connection, musicality, and motivation.
What You'll Do:
Lead high-energy, music-driven indoor cycling classes Create powerful playlists and ride profiles (intervals, climbs, sprints, endurance) Coach form, resistance, cadence, and effort with confidence Motivate riders of all levels — from first-timers to regulars Build community, connection, and retention through your classes Deliver an experience people talk about and bring friends to
What You Bring:
Group Fitness or Indoor Cycling Certification (or in progress) Strong stage presence and mic confidence Great musicality and ability to ride to the beat Experience teaching spin, cycle, rhythm ride, or similar formats Positive energy, professionalism, and reliability CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain) Why Teach at Physique Fitness?
