Dance Pizazz is searching for our next professional ballroom instructors to train for the Leader Role. Strong. Athletic. Confident. Musical. Competitive. A ballroom leader learns how to initiate movement, guide a partner across the floor, command a partnership, develop exceptional timing and coordination, and create the confidence and presence you see from professional ballroom dancers. Now imagine getting paid to learn how to do it professionally. No ballroom experience? That's okay. We train you. Our professional training program develops candidates from the ground up. You'll learn multiple styles of ballroom dancing, partnering and leading skills, musicality, coordination, performance, teaching, and the skills needed to build a career as a professional ballroom dance instructor. We're especially interested in people with backgrounds in athletics, martial arts, theater, music, performance, coaching, or other competitive activities —but previous experience isn't required. This isn't just learning to dance. It's training for a professional career. You bring the drive, personality, and willingness to learn. We'll teach you how to dance—and how to lead.
