Team members join a company driven by creativity, passion, and a strong commitment to the dance world. About the Role As a Showroom Associate, you're the face of Bloch Miami. You'll welcome dancers, families, and teachers into the showroom, help them find exactly what they need, and learn the art of professional shoe fitting. If you live and breathe dance, or simply love helping people feel confident and cared for, this is a role where your passion shows up in your work every day. Flexible scheduling makes this a great fit for dancers, teachers, and students balancing training, performing, or classes. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fittings Learn professional fitting techniques for ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and contemporary footwear (full training provided) Support checkout, returns, and special orders at the POS Keep the showroom looking beautiful- restocking, tidying, and refreshing displays Help with fitting events, pop-up shops, and studio partnership days honest, knowledgeable product guidance drawn from your own dance experience Pitch in on inventory counts and receiving shipments Occasionally travel in state for fittings, account visits, and industry events What We're Looking For Current or former dancer, dance student, or dance teacher strongly preferred Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with people, including young dancers and their parents Reliable and detail-oriented Available for weekend shifts and some weekday afternoons/evenings Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required- we'll train you What We Offer Competitive hourly pay dependent upon experience Flexible scheduling that respects your training, rehearsal, or class commitments Generous employee discount on Bloch product Professional fitting training The chance to join the founding team of Bloch's newest market How to Apply Send your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to Julie.aguilar@bloch.net Bloch is an equal opportunity employer.
