Job Overview Rainbow Tutoring Center PLUS - Miami, FL Rainbow Tutoring Center PLUS is seeking an energetic and experienced Hip-Hop Dance Instructor to join our Enrichment Academies team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and teens and can create fun, structured, age-appropriate hip-hop classes that promote movement, coordination, rhythm, confidence, creativity, and performance skills.

Pay:

$20.00-$25.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and relevant teaching/professional background.

Job Type:

Part-time / Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule:

Hours and frequency are based on student enrollment and program demand.

Responsibilities:

Teach engaging Hip-Hop Dance classes for children and/or teens. Develop age-appropriate routines and choreography. Provide a positive, structured, and professional learning environment. Encourage coordination, rhythm, creativity, movement, and performance skills. Maintain professional communication with Rainbow administration.

Qualifications:

Dance training, teaching, performance, choreography, or coaching experience preferred. Experience working with children or teens preferred. Professional certifications, college coursework, or documented dance experience are a plus. Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable working with different age groups. CPR/First Aid certification required before beginning services. Background screening/fingerprinting required. Professional Liability Insurance required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
