Job Description

Party Omaha is looking for fun, dependable people to join our crew for our Christmas Carnival Academy this holiday season. This is a seasonal, evening position at an outdoor holiday event in southern Bellevue, near the Hwy 75 & 34 exit. We're not just running carnival games and bounce houses. We're creating holiday memories kids and families will talk about for years, and we want people who enjoy being a part of that. What you'll do Depending on the night, you could be:

Running carnival games and cheering kids on
Checking families in and handing out activity passports
Watching over the bounce houses and keeping everyone safe
Helping with our Christmas mini golf course (collecting balls and putters, keeping the course clean and working)
Taking graduation photos at the photo booth
Selling light-up holiday merchandise Schedule
Season runs November 13 through December 27, 2026
Open Wednesday through Sunday evenings (closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
Shifts start at 4:00 PM and end about 45 minutes after close: around 9:45 PM Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and 10:45 PM Friday and Saturday
Pick up as many or as few nights as you'd like. More shifts open up in December. Pay
$18 per hour
Paid as a 1099 independent contractor What we're looking for
Reliable and on time for every shift
Great with kids and families: upbeat, patient and friendly
Comfortable working outside in cold weather (we're under a covered pavilion, but dress warm)
Able to stand and stay on the move for the whole shift
Your own reliable transportation to and from shifts Why you'll like it
Flexible evening and weekend shifts that work around school or a day job
Training and a clear guide for your station
