Duties Assist in maintaining the operations and management of the school. Coordinate scheduling of classes, workshops, and youth programs to maximize participation and resource utilization. Support instructors in maintaining high standards of classroom management and student engagement. Foster a positive environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and personal growth among students of all skill levels. Help organize special events such as recitals, exhibitions, performances, or community showcases that highlight student achievements. Assist in content creation, light social media posting, and promotional campaigns. Skills Proven experience in leadership and customer service roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to positively contribute to a motivating learning environment. Experience in working with children and youth programs is a plus. Knowledge of working with diverse student populations including adults and children with varying learning needs is a plus. Basic social media posting experience is a plus (Instagram, Facebook). Basic content editing skills is a plus (i.e. Canva, Capcut, or others). Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, parents, and community partners. Pay:

$25,000.00 - $45,760.00 per year
