Job Description
Student Ministry Worship Leader CrossWay Church Germantown, WI Overview CrossWay is a growing, multisite church in the suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is the point leader for Crossing Student Ministry worship. Strong vocal and instrumental acumen are a prerequisite for this position. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- lead Crossing Student Ministry Worship on Wednesday nights (middle school) & Sunday nights (high school) during the school year
- Schedule, oversee and equip Student Ministry worship teams in both environments
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
- A curious and committed Christ follower who carries themselves humbly
- A servant s heart willing to do whatever it takes to create optimal environments of worship
- A diligent work ethic highly dedicated to making disciples through the worship arts
- Strong vocal and instrumental acumen for modern worship
- Experience with music theory, ear training, and chord charts Scope
- 8 hours per week during the school year
- Hourly This position reports to the Worship Director.
