Company Overview Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and Preschool is a vibrant faith-based community dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth and fostering a welcoming environment for all. Located in Dana Point, California, our congregation is committed to worship, service, and spiritual development rooted in the teachings of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Overview We are seeking a musician (guitarist) and singer for our Sunday evening worship service (5pm-6pm). The ideal candidate would have a strong love of both traditional hymns and contemporary music. Responsibilities Lead worship music during church services, ensuring an engaging and reverent atmosphere With the pastoral leadership, select appropriate music that aligns with the scripture or theme of the day. Experience Experience leading worship music in a church setting Strong knowledge of musical liturgy, reading sheet music, and vocal music techniques Background in teaching or mentoring musicians, with excellent communication skills Proficiency in playing guitar Join us to inspire hearts through uplifting music and lead our congregation in meaningful worship!
