Job Description

Job Summary Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crystal Lake, IL, is seeking an experienced Organist and Accompanist to join our music ministry. This position is available immediately . We are a historic, growing, and active main line Lutheran congregation and are excited to begin construction on our new sanctuary this October. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a vibrant church community during an exciting period of growth. rblazek@immanuelcl.org Responsibilities Serve as organist for our weekly 8:00am traditional worship service. Accompany the Chancel Choir during weekly rehearsals from late August through May . Collaborate with the Director of Music to support the church's worship and music ministry. Demonstrate experience as an organist and accompanist. Commitment to supporting traditional Lutheran worship through music. Skills Strong sight-reading and collaborative accompaniment skills.
