Duties Lead engaging praise and worship sessions that inspire congregation participation and spiritual connection Select appropriate music that aligns with the message of each service or event, balancing traditional hymns with contemporary worship songs Manage musical productions by coordinating rehearsals, overseeing sound checks, and ensuring smooth execution of live performances Provide vocal training and mentorship to choir members and worship team volunteers to enhance their skills and confidence Read sheet music and utilize musical arrangements to support seamless worship experiences Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively with pastors, musicians, and volunteers to plan worship services Mentor emerging leaders within the worship team to cultivate a strong, spiritually motivated team committed to excellence Requirements Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams of musicians and volunteers Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and congregation members Experience managing musical productions from planning through execution in live settings Knowledge of contemporary and traditional worship music styles preferred Demonstrated mentoring ability to develop new talent within the worship ministry Join us in creating powerful worship experiences that uplift spirits, foster community, and deepen faith.
