Responsible for overseeing Front of House activities at events hosted in the Fine Arts Centers venues, which include the 1,300-seat Lazzara Performance Hall and the 700-seat Robinson Theater. Duties include supervising usher staff, acting as point of contact for clients during events, setting up and breaking down activities occurring in the lobby or other front-of-house areas, and managing the concession stand. Communicates with backstage crew throughout the event, manages compliance of the theater's health and safety standards, troubleshoots challenges during events, and greets patrons in a friendly and helpful manner.
