Account Executive
Job Description
Account Executive, Hybrid from Oneonta, Salary ($55-60K) plus commission, MUST have logistics experience.
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned and/or acquired national logistics clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related needs.
- Identify client pain points and propose tailored freight, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
- Grow account revenue by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing national accounts.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Lead contract negotiations , pricing discussions, and service level agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance reports with key clients to assess satisfaction and highlight value delivered.
- Monitor logistics trends , competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact client operations or company strategy.
- Use CRM systems to track sales activity, pipeline progress, and account status.
