On-site (Inside Sales) FSP Group USA Corp. is seeking a motivated Switching Power Sales Executive to join our Inside Sales team. We are looking for a candidate whose knowledge, skills, and industry experience will contribute to our continued growth in the power electronics market. Position Overview The Switching Power Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inside sales activities, supporting OEM customers, and promoting FSP's portfolio of AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters, and CRPS products. This role requires strong technical understanding, customer engagement skills, and the ability to support product management and sales operations. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience. 2-5 years of progressive experience in the electronics or switching power supply industry (sales, marketing, distribution, etc.). Experience in switching power supply product is highly preferred. Skills & Qualifications Ability to understand and qualify OEM customer needs for power products (AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters, CRPS ). Hands-on experience with hardware and electronic components. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at an intermediate level or higher.
Compensation Starting Salary:
$50,000 per year (gross)
