Up to $120,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Join a Leading Specialty Pharmacy An established and rapidly growing specialty pharmacy is seeking an experienced Specialty Pharmacy Account Executive to join its California sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing healthcare sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working with physicians to improve patient access to specialty therapies. What You'll Be Doing Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, medical groups and healthcare providers throughout your territory. Promote specialty pharmacy services across therapeutic areas including Neurology, Oncology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Allergy & Immunology and other specialty disease states. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and cold calling. Educate healthcare providers on specialty pharmacy solutions and patient support services. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution. Work closely with pharmacy operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Execute territory sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. Represent the business at industry meetings, conferences and trade shows.
