- About CNDUIT About
CNDUIT CNDUIT
is redefining the future of the cannabis industry. We have evolved from a single site in Washington state to a multi-state operator with leading operations across the US. Through its establishment of leading players, CNDUIT has developed its own proprietary hardware, software, and IP platforms. Our sites have disrupted established cannabis markets by leveraging data, automation, and AI. By combining advanced cultivation and manufacturing practices with next-generation software, we are setting new industry standards for quality, cost, and innovation. As we transition from a cannabis operator to a scalable production technology provider, we are seeking driven, strategic individuals to help us build the future of cannabis. The Account Executive owns a book of core accounts in their market in full: everything that drives sell-through at those doors is theirs, including product placement and inventory, marketing assets, promotions, budtender advocacy, and velocity. Account Executives are measured on product selling through at retail, not only on what gets booked. Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Account Executive works closely with Inside Sales on order desk and account administration, and with the GTM Project Manager on launch execution and marketing assets. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven, data-driven seller who knows their doors cold, keeps the CRM current as a matter of habit, and is excited by the challenge of improving sellthrough numbers through execution and customer engagement. Responsibilities Own sell-through at every one of your doors. You are measured on product selling through at retail; a stocked door that is not moving is your responsibility to fix before it drags down bookings. Own product placement and inventory (VMI) at each core account: manage nventory levels, reorders, and SKU mix; push the sizes and formats that move; flag shifts in mix (e.g., 3.5g vs. large sizes) to the National Sales Director. Deploy every marketing asset at your doors: menu images and descriptions live on every online menu, kiosk assets up, in-store materials placed, and promo materials out when the promo runs. Pull from the central asset repository and request missing or incorrect assets through the GTM Project Manager process. Use every promotion fully. Every promotion the company runs is live at every one of your doors where it applies, and you know the correlation between promo execution and your sell-through. Execute new product launches at your doors per the launch playbook: place the product, deploy the launch asset kit, run the launch activities the plan calls for, and report door-by-door status to the GTM Project Manager during the launch window.
Identify and close voids:
core SKUs not carried at a door that should carry them. Own the budtender relationship at your doors. Budtenders know our products, have been sampled, and recommend us. Request sampling and budtender education through the standard process and run it at your core accounts. Strategically deploy your 1099 Brand Ambassador budget to boost account engagement and sellthrough: prioritize vendor days, samplings, and in-store activations at the doors where they will move the number, coordinate staffing through the GTM Project Manager, and track results against spend. Keep the CRM current as the system of record: contacts, terms, pricing by account, asset deployment status, void status, and visit notes are entered as they happen. Flag stalling velocity early. Do not wait for the weekly sell-through review; if a SKU or door stalls, raise it with the National Sales Director with a proposed fix.
Feed the product process:
bring competitor products, pricing moves, and buyer and budtender feedback back to the National Sales Director for the product calendar. Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience in cannabis, beverage alcohol, CPG, or another route-to-retail business; existing dispensary relationships in the market are a strong plus. Demonstrated ownership of a retail account base with measurable results in sell-through, distribution, or velocity, not booked orders alone. Hands-on experience with vendor-managed inventory, reorder cycles, and SKU mix management at retail accounts.
Comfortable executing in-store marketing:
menu listings, kiosk and point-of-sale materials, promotions, and product launches. Disciplined CRM user who logs contacts, pricing, asset status, and visit notes as they happen.
Self-directed and analytical:
reads door-level sell-through data, spots stalls early, and comes to the table with a proposed fix. Working knowledge of retail menu platforms and CRM systems is preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel within the market daily. Experience in the cannabis or other regulated industries is preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
