Daryl Watson State Farm in Halethorpe, MD will get you licensed, selling, and servicing. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching across both sales and service, so you can build a complete insurance skill set while you earn. Candidates who are fluent or proficient in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Quote, write, and service multi-line insurance policies as you build a complete insurance skill set Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Serve Spanish

Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
