Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to promote our products and services Develop a deep understanding of client needs to tailor solutions that meet their objectives Maintain accurate records of client interactions, data entry, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Provide outstanding customer support by resolving inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email Assist clients with onboarding processes, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting issues Manage client communication channels with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve customer support problems efficiently Experience Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles with a focus on outbound calling and client communication Strong multilingual abilities, with fluency in English and at least one additional language preferred Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and technical tools relevant to customer support roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for persuasive conversation and active listening Prior experience in data entry, cash handling, or related administrative tasks is advantageous Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with customer service problem-solving techniques and phone etiquette standards Join us as an Account Executive where your enthusiasm fuels success!
