This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with a team, solving problems, and seeing an event come together from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead crews for event deliveries, installations, pickups, and strikes Oversee setup of tents, tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, draping, furniture, décor, and other rental equipment Review work orders and event layouts and ensure setups are completed correctly Coordinate with clients, venues, planners, and our office team while on-site Keep crews organized, productive, and on schedule Ensure company equipment is handled properly and safely Troubleshoot job-site issues and communicate changes to management Assist with loading, unloading, warehouse preparation, and inventory as needed Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:
A strong, confident leader Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making decisions in the field Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment A strong communicator and problem solver Willing to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends when events require it Experience in event rentals, tent installation, construction, logistics, warehouse operations, or crew supervision is a plus.
