Pet & Storage . 【Position】National Account Manager
Pet & Storage 【Location】Surprise, AZ 【Compensation】$95,000
100,000 + Sales Commission/Bonus 【Schedule】Monday
Friday / Hybrid 【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time 【Relocation】Relocation assistance available Responsibilities ・Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

・Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail customers. ・Develop sales, pricing, product, and promotional strategies. ・Introduce new products through appropriate retail channels. ・Analyze sales data, market trends, POS data, and competitor activity. ・Forecast sales and identify opportunities for growth. ・Work closely with internal teams to execute account strategies. ・Attend customer meetings and business events and travel as needed. Qualifications ・Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. ・ 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development. ・Experience in new business development and customer acquisition. ・Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ・Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. ・Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. ・Ability to adapt to changing business needs. ▼Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): ・Experience with major retailers or national accounts. ・Strong connections with retail buyers or purchasing teams. ・Experience with pet products, storage products, household goods, or related products. ・Existing retail industry network.
