Responsibilities of the Customer Account Representative Meet with our customers to uncover how they stream, work, game, and stay connected, and then introduce AT&T Fiber solutions that meet those needs. Turn customer curiosity into sales opportunities by showcasing how AT&T Fiber can improve speed, reliability, and overall connectivity. Build genuine customer relationships that create trust, encourage engagement, and support long-term sales success. Help customers navigate available AT&T Fiber packages, making the selection process simple, informative, and customer-focused. Recognize sales opportunities hidden within common internet frustrations and position fiber solutions as a valuable upgrade. Thrive as a Customer Account Representative by maintaining strong energy and delivering consistent sales results with AT&T Fiber. Qualifications of the Customer Account Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Genuine passion for sales or customer service is a plus. Ability to interact with customers, answer questions, and explain services clearly. Reliability in meeting daily activity goals and maintaining persistence in sales. Works effectively to achieve success, supporting operational flow and customer satisfaction.
