Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of commercial insurance lines such as property casualty, health, life, and benefits administration. Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration tools to streamline workflow.
