In this role, you'll connect with customers in a retail setting, introduce them to Frontier internet and connectivity solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities of the Retail Account Manager - Entry-Level Welcome and assist customers in retail locations, creating a friendly and professional experience Educate customers on Frontier internet services, promotions, and connectivity solutions Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and service packages Support daily sales goals by engaging customers and confidently presenting service options Build strong customer relationships that encourage long-term satisfaction and loyalty Manage customer accounts by explaining upgrades, service features, and promotional offers Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions Work alongside team members to help the retail location meet sales and performance targets Qualifications for the Retail Account Manager - Entry-Level High school diploma or GED required Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred but not required Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining product benefits Positive attitude and a strong work ethic If you're ready to develop your sales skills, help customers find the right connectivity solutions, and grow into a successful account manager, we encourage you to apply today.
