is in search of a motivated, professional, and trustworthy Account Coordinator, Jr. Account Manager, OR Account Manager (for the right fit) to support various fashion, beauty, wellness, health and lifestyle PR clients and duties. This is a full-time hybrid in-office role (WFH 2 days a week, in office 3 days a week). brands are consistently being featured on influencers and on various celebrities and stylists. Part of the role requires an understanding of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle influencer/celebrity space to ensure we are aware of all of them. The position drives the storytelling aspect of the brand and is responsible for not only telling each brand story but consistently coming up with unique ways to make

brands/clients stand out to influencers and to celebrities and celebrity stylists. In order to tell each brand story, the account manager must develop and produce press releases, launch innovative campaigns, create media alerts, and draft day-to-day pitches for various market stories. This position also manages several of our clients' Instagram accounts and is responsible for posting daily, interacting on IG, and overseeing many aspects of clients' social media accounts.

is a full service PR agency based in Manhattan Beach (Los Angeles). We specialize in influencer seeding and coordination as well as editorial, media placements, and celebrity seeding.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting influencer and VIP/celebrity outreach
• Manage and handle influencer and celebrity collaborations from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all necessary stylists, celebrities, influencers etc.
• Exhibit strong writing, communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas to the media, clients, agency principals and colleagues.
• Develop and execute communication strategies and conduct press outreach to appropriately position a range of brands in the marketplace
• Plan, develop and advise clients on integrated and measurable PR strategies.
• Multi-task across multiple client accounts and projects under deadline.
• Ensure that key milestones and projects are on track, within prescribed timelines and budgets.
• Managing and organize client samples ensuring requests are fulfilled, delivered and tracked.
• Create, maintain and timely distribute influencer and celebrity reports, press clippings and trackers.
• Generate creative ideas and solutions to everyday problems and challenges.
• Take ownership for specific projects with little to no supervision.
• Interface with clients regularly via client calls and in-person meetings, daily emails and updates etc.
• Oversee influencer and celebrity monitoring for all brands
• Showroom upkeep and management
• Daily account management duties including sample send-outs, updating contact lists, developing recaps and agendas, and preparing weekly and monthly client updates and reports
• Contributing to team brainstorms, offer new and unique ways to engage with the press to create larger brand stories on

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in journalism, marketing, PR, communications or some related field.
• 1 year of experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, D2C, etc. PR preferably on the VIP/Influencer side
• Editorial contacts and knowledge of the fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industries and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. This job requires the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and to adjust to inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines and project goals.
• Contribute to strategic brainstorms, campaign development, creative brief development, pitch calendars, time and action plans and execution.
• High energy

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel)
• Canva experience
• Experience using Influencer Intelligence, Cision, Muckrack, Canva is a plus but is not required
• Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, reliable, have strong organizational skills, presentation and writing skills. Must have the ability and drive to meet deadlines, must take initiative and have a positive attitude. Must have great organizational, presentation and writing skills
• Must have a car - this is a hybrid in-office position (not looking for someone remote).

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
