This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands field sales, knows how to motivate a team, and isn't afraid to lead from the front. You'll work alongside your team in the field, help develop sales reps, drive accountability, and contribute directly to the growth of the Redding market. We're looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to build a winning culture while still producing at a high level.
