You'll work directly with business customers while developing practical sales and customer engagement skills. Here's Where You'll Contribute Start friendly and professional conversations with business customers while creating a welcoming experience and building positive first impressions. Communicate comfortably with customers in both English and Spanish, adjusting your approach to provide clear and helpful information. Introduce AT&T business services and explain relevant plans, features, and options based on each customer's needs. Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs, priorities, and service requirements. Support customer enrollment by answering questions, providing guidance, and assisting customers throughout the process and next steps. Maintain accurate customer and account information while following established company policies, campaign procedures, and documentation standards. Work closely with teammates and leadership to support daily customer engagement, sales goals, and overall campaign performance. You Could Be a Great Fit If You Speak English and Spanish fluently.
