Job Description This Consultant role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors, utilizing data to improve decision-making, enhance outcomes, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to communicate complex information in a clear and meaningful way. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of client reports and updates and maintain accurate records of reporting activities, documentation, and client communications.
Consult with clients to understand goals, challenges, and reporting needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client initiatives and strategic objectives.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and reports.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
Maintain documentation of processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and OneNote).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives. Preferred
Group benefits or health insurance industry experience preferred.
Active life and health insurance license preferred but not required.
Experience presenting data and recommendations to clients or leadership teams.

Some travel is required for client meetings, training, conferences, and other business-related events.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client and organizational information.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required based on travel needs.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service and attention to detail.
If not currently licensed, must obtain a 2-15 Life and Health License. Working Conditions
