Job Description This Consultant role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors, utilizing data to improve decision-making, enhance outcomes, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to communicate complex information in a clear and meaningful way. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of client reports and updates and maintain accurate records of reporting activities, documentation, and client communications.
- Consult with clients to understand goals, challenges, and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client initiatives and strategic objectives.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and reports.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
- Maintain documentation of processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and OneNote).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives. Preferred
- Group benefits or health insurance industry experience preferred.
- Active life and health insurance license preferred but not required.
- Experience presenting data and recommendations to clients or leadership teams.
- Some travel is required for client meetings, training, conferences, and other business-related events.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client and organizational information.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required based on travel needs.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service and attention to detail.
- If not currently licensed, must obtain a 2-15 Life and Health License. Working Conditions
- Remote Position
- Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required based on client or business needs.
