Job Description

Landscape Maintenance Account Manager Job Overview The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned landscape maintenance accounts, coordinating crews and daily operations, maintaining quality standards, supporting enhancement projects, and building strong customer relationships. This position requires strong leadership, communication, organization, horticultural knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Duties and responsibilities may change based on company needs. Key Responsibilities Learn and effectively use Service Autopilot (SA) and maintain accurate job, customer, crew, and equipment information. Assist with daily and weekly crew scheduling based on customer needs and operational demands. Assist with morning crew launches, ensuring employees have proper assignments, tools, equipment, uniforms, and materials. Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Train, coach, and support crew leaders and employees while promoting accountability and teamwork. Conduct monthly quality-control visits for assigned properties and coordinate corrective action when needed. Assist with equipment, truck inventory, and ensure new assets are entered into SA. Assist with enhancement designs, proposals, estimating, sales, and project coordination. Oversee hardscape projects and assist with irrigation installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and seasonal adjustments. Apply knowledge of horticulture and plant identification to support healthy, attractive landscapes. Build strong customer relationships through proactive and professional communication. Respond to calls, emails, and texts within the same business day or within 8 hours. Address customer property damage within 24 hours by resolving or scheduling corrective action. Complete proposals within established company timeframes: 2 business days

  • proposal requiring multiple designs Assist with Saturday crew launches and remain available by phone to support crews throughout the day.
Promote a positive work environment and lead by example. Operate company vehicles and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Qualifications 3-5 years of landscape maintenance experience required. 3-5 years of supervisory or team-management experience required. Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, irrigation, and landscape maintenance. Ability to safely operate and train others on landscaping equipment. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Experience with hardscape projects is a plus. Valid driver's license and experience operating company vehicles required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work when necessary. $60,000.00
