Atlanta Hydrovac, LLC is hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business across the metro Atlanta market. We provide hydro excavation and non-destructive digging services to utility, land development, general contractor, and commercial construction clients who need work done safely, cleanly, and on schedule — and we need a hunter who can go win that work and keep it coming. This is a front-line, quota-carrying sales role reporting directly to the General Manager. You'll build your own pipeline, run your own bids, and own the relationship from first call to signed contract to collected invoice. If you like a desk job with a script, this isn't it. What You'll Do Build and execute a growth strategy that expands Atlanta Hydrovac's client base across our target industries Prospect, qualify, and develop new business relationships while growing existing accounts Run site visits and turn them into accurate, competitive estimates Write proposals and manage a sales and estimating log that keeps every bid on track Negotiate and execute sales contracts Own the full project lifecycle — from initial bid through active job through final payment — so operations always has what they need and clients always know where things stand Deliver clear, detailed scopes of work to the operations team Support AR collection and contract documentation to keep projects moving to close Report weekly and monthly on pipeline, activity, and results Compensation Details Commission is uncapped and paid on collected revenue — once a client's invoice is paid, generally within 90 days of job completion, your commission follows. That's by design: it keeps the whole team focused on real, closed, collectible business instead of quotes that never turn into cash. New hires get a 6-month commission guarantee while their pipeline ramps up, plus a vehicle allowance on top of base. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, ideally in utility construction, land development, general contracting, or commercial construction A track record of building relationships and managing accounts, not just making calls Strong time management and the discipline to run your own pipeline without someone checking in on you daily Dependability, punctuality, and integrity — we run on our word and expect the same from our sales team Proficiency in MS Office; comfort with blueprint take-offs is a plus Sharp communication and negotiation skills A clean driving record and the ability to pass a company MVR and pre-employment drug screen Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Equal Opportunity Employment Atlanta Hydrovac, LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
