Position Summary:

Fit 1 is seeking an organized, dependable, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service while keeping our front desk and administrative operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Front Desk Support Greet members and guests with a welcoming attitude and assist with general inquiries. Answer incoming phone calls, check voicemails, and respond to member emails in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area. Handle basic administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and record-keeping. Account & Membership Management Process and manage membership account requests, including cancellation forms and account updates, following company policy. Review daily past-due account lists, contact members regarding overdue balances, and process payment updates. Maintain accurate record logs for membership status changes and billing follow-ups.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
