Shift:

First Shift United Community Bank is in search of an Account Maintenance Specialist. This person will be responsible for the overall monitoring, completion, and follow-up of retail account maintenance requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Process daily maintenance requests while following bank policies and procedures Review various forms for accuracy and completion Follow-up on pending maintenance requests Promptly answer, screen and forward incoming calls and emails Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels by proactively participating and contributing to a positive work environment, controlling emotions and temperament, and exhibiting courteous, respectful, and professional behavior at all times Maintain familiarity with bank products and services Maintain appropriate understanding of Bank systems Maintain familiarity with all regulatory standards Maintain familiarity with and uphold all Bank policies and procedures including policies and procedures related to this position Complete all training requirements as assigned Cross train on other Data Deparment roles to serve as a backup when necessary Other related duties as assigned

Computer Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) Experience using ITI/Director or other banking platforms preferred

Education/Experience Requirements:

Attendance Requirements:

Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start work. Employees are expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule.
