•43 per hour Are you ready to drive strategic media transformation for a global leader in life sciences? As an Account Manager, you will serve as a consultative partner bridging brand objectives and creative execution to launch impactful, multi-channel promotional strategies. Positioned at the intersection of business impact and creative excellence, this high-visibility role invites you to champion end-to-end campaign success across both U.S. and global markets.

Responsibilities:

Architect data-driven campaign strategies and creative briefs in collaboration with internal brand teams to meet core commercial and patient engagement goals. Direct end-to-end promotional workflows and PromoMats regulatory review processes to ensure strict corporate compliance and seamless campaign delivery. Oversee financial management, including annual forecasting, monthly budget reconciliations, and resource allocation, to maximize campaign ROI. Cultivate cross-functional alignment between agency creative teams and external stakeholders, employing consultative conflict resolution to streamline complex deliverables.

Qualifications:

4-6+ years of account management experience within both pharmaceutical marketing and advertising agency environments. Deep subject matter expertise in healthcare compliance, global/U.S. regulatory frameworks, and commercial promotional tactics. Proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-channel creative pipelines on time and within budget. Bachelor's degree paired with exceptional consultative communication skills and advanced project management expertise.
