This entry-level sales opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building customer relationships, and developing valuable sales skills. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on sales coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you build confidence and succeed in a customer-focused sales environment. Entry Level Account Representative Responsibilities Engage with customers to identify their internet needs and create personalized sales opportunities. Present AT&T Fiber products and services while clearly explaining features, benefits, pricing, and available options. Use professional sales techniques to answer questions, overcome concerns, and recommend solutions that fit customer needs. Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process, ensuring information is accurate and complete. Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, follow-up, and exceptional customer service. Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining product knowledge and a positive, results-driven approach. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, positive, and eager to learn sales skills. Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting products or services. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to accept coaching. Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required. Available to work full-time.
