Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details. Stay current on insurance regulations, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance knowledge to ensure compliance and accurate advice. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on client communication. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration. Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration processes.
