This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can keep a small team organized, solve problems, and provide excellent service to seniors and their families. Our Team Leads work alongside the team while providing direction, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to Caring Transitions standards. What You'll Do Lead and support Team Members on client projects Organize and sort items for relocation, resale, donation, or disposal Oversee packing, unpacking, and client resettling Assist with online auctions, estate clean-outs, and buyer pickups Assign tasks and keep projects on schedule Train and mentor Team Members Communicate daily progress and concerns to management Reinforce safety procedures and company standards What We're Looking For Previous leadership, supervisory, or project coordination experience Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Dependable, flexible, and comfortable making on-site decisions Compassion and professionalism when working with seniors and families Comfortable with smartphones, apps, and basic technology Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift 30+ lbs Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check What We Offer $20 /hour Flexible, primarily daytime scheduling Meaningful, hands-on work Leadership and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment This is not a desk-management position.
